It's that time of year again. Snow is falling in the mountains and ski magazines and movies are popping up everywhere. We are gearing up and trying to get our legs fit for the long season ahead. Our favorite ski training exercise is cycling, but we find that doing some cross-fit and uphill running adds more diversity to the regime. Many local gyms are offering ski-specific fitness classes this time of year, and it is a great thing to do to get ready for the season.
