We found the South East Face route on the Nelion to be very enjoyable granite climbing. I would recommend this climb to anyone looking for a high altitude adventure rock climb. Check out the photos of our adventures in our gallery.

~ Miles

He flew to Nairobi last Saturday with a friend and client, Randy. They climbed Point John (4883m) yesterday. The route they took was an 8-pitch 5.6 that was a good warm up and acclimatization for the route they intend to try on Mount Kenya. The weather forecast is good for the next 3 days, so they are hoping to get up the 98 Normal Route on the southeast side of the Nelion in the next couple days. Miles has not been able to send any pictures yet, but hopefully some will come soon.

First ski day of the season, and we skied powder all day. We went to Verbier for the day to ski with our friend Hans. He showed us all the great powder runs that weren't too rocky. We even did a little bit of ski touring. It was the perfect way to get back into skiing. Can't wait for more!
